RMA Return Process

If customers have any doubts about the quality of the product sold by RYX, please contact the corresponding sales representative as soon as possible to ensure that we can provide you with the most timely solution.


1.Please send the quality inspection report so that we can immediately contact relevant manufacturers to consult quality problems and eliminate potential risks.

2.RYX promises to provide active countermeasures and resolution processes/solutions within 24 hours of receiving the client's RMA application.

3.For sample testing, we need customers to provide samples of products with questionable quality, and submit them to the original factory or a third-party authoritative testing agency for detailed testing and analysis to find the root cause of quality problems, so as to more effectively deal with quality risks.

4.If it is confirmed that the quality of the goods is defective, RYX promises the customer to recall the goods in full and bear all the transportation costs.
